Haven't posted in a while. Main thing of note is that  finished refurbishing my bicycle. Key lime green with 13 unlucky deep purple stars. And a lettered name on the side: "The Bad Luck". So here's a Deep Purple song about the life out on the road. Oh, and Pittsburgh's hills are my mortal foes.

So I have been working at getting in shape this year (yeah, I'm the kind of person who sets new years' resolutions and keeps them) in preparation for the Rachel Carson Challenge in June--actually the Saturday closest to summer solstice since the daylight needs to be maximized. So I find myself stuck helping at an antiques and fine art auction gallery this weekend.
