I love nurses from then, for one, because these women fifty to hundreds of years ago were busting into a male field (yay early feminism and women's suffrage movement!), a certain field that I, today, would never ever have the courage or ( Read more... )

iknowright?!?!

I sort of forgot about them after this, because James, and thus the ship, was only in the first half, whereas Millais/Ethel was all through 3/4. But still, when you watch 1906 and the first episode of 1907, you will ship them! You can't help it! EVEN THOUGH THE SHOW TELLS YOU NOT TO.

That is Sarah Smart. The main thing I'd seen her in before this was Sparkhouse.

One of the statements regarding James and Ada was that they never married. Still, I find myself shipping them.

Word, yo! That made me SO SAD at the end of Casualty 1906. And then when they continued the story between them in Casualty 1907 anyway, it just tugged at my poor heartstrings! Damn it, show. Or, well. Damn it, history?

Also, I'm really enjoying this show, thank you so much for recommending it! :D And I've only watched the first episode of Casualty 1907 so far, but my God, I am loving Culpin and Ethel A LOT. Also: how is Charity Wakefield so awesome?

OMG I shipped these two so hard in 1906 and I somewhat still do. James is just too cute for words!! I was really crushed when they said they never married after 1906 but I still dream of them living together in sin after all. ;-) (A fangirl can have dreams, right?!^^)

Thanks for this beautiful picspam! =)
