After the card failed to arrive in Toronto for 2 days running, the customer service woman (who had cancelled my card in the first place,) decided to send the card to me in Berlin. I'm surprised they'd leave something like that with a neighbour.

So was I. I thought she was the landlord but apparently maybe not? Anyway, apparently if a package requires a signature, and someone else signs, they take responsibility for its safekeeping.

This entire thing has followed Murphy's Law, even when the card HAS been delivered, the PIN number doesn't work, so I STILL can't use it. Bummer.
