Can I just mention that Vonage kicks some serious butt? This is the only utility company that I've ever had that consistently informs me that they've lowered my rates and added new features for free.
The latest round of "new, free features" consists of them adding Ireland, the UK, France, Spain, and Italy as...(get ready)...local calling. As in, no per-minute charges. As in, I can call numbers in England for cheaper than the people actually in England can call them! No per-minute fees at all!
And, to top it all off, my work just held a nice Cinco de Mayo party in the cafeteria, complete with buffet, several types of beer, Mike's Hard Lemonade and Limeade, and free t-shirts.
Ah, life is grand.
