Probably at the phone company.  Added to the already existing list of offenses of:

1. Being more expensive than previous phone company,
2. Allowing the phone to work only x amount of hours (less than a full day, at any rate) during a power outage.  Meaning that anybody in the local area not possessing a cell phone was really shit ( Read more... )
