I finished reading Johnny Alucard yesterday, a couple of weeks after reading the preceding three books of Kim Newman's Anno Dracula series. I'm noticing a trend in my motion visuals consumption.
I haven’t seen Gatsby. I want to. I enjoyed the earlier adaptation with Sam Waterston and I’d totally be down with a liberal interpretation with LSD visuals. I chuckled at the admittedly apt spoof trailer for “The Great Catsby” but that got me thinking to something that would be an even more appropriate parody. Life is Good!
I mean, it's not perfect. My car decided to bite it during the last snowstorm, so I've been by and largely pedestrian going on three or four weeks right now and am still searching for secure funding to procure its replacement.
