I think the Bob Dylan thing is a direct result of his attempt to be more edgy and "today" by appearing in a Victoria's Secret commercial. He looked like a creepy old peeping Tom. I was totally skeeved out watching him eye the VS model in what someone (not me!) apparently thought was a sexy, masculine manner.
