Thank you! I'd never written this pairing before, but I like it. When Neville is older, of course. I don't see Remus as a cradle-robber. ^_^

*grin* And hear I was going "...Remus/Neville? I don't know about that..."

I don't know how you do it. You make every pairing, even the ones I don't like, not only believable but beautiful. You're a fantastic writer.

Lines that made me go "awwwwww....":
“I know,” said Neville. “I mean - Bollocks, I said it wrong. I was jealous of Sirius, not you."

“Of course,” said Remus, tracing the faded letters tenderly. “I know you still exist in a place that can’t be charted. And someday I’ll find you again. But if I should be distracted along the way…”

*sigh* Oh, the wonderfulness...

TTFN!

*blush* Thank you! I can only write a pairing I really see as possible, and this one works for me, providing it takes place after Neville has left school (Remus wouldn't rob a cradle).

This was sweet and satisfying. I loved the interaction between Remus and Neville, but I loved Remus after the interaction most -- thinking through his life, and taking advice from Sirius long after the fact.

And this:

the sky was the color of the deepest parts of the ocean, with a few thin clouds strewn across it like foam. No cartographer ever captured those colors.

was delicious. I read it twice just to savor it.

Thank you so much!

For the longest time I didn't know where this story was going to go, but I'm happy with it. Remus doesn't quite let go of Sirius, but he's learning to live in this world.

*squee*

I just can't stop smiling. Definetly my kind of fuzzy!
Neville/Remus just works, doesnt it? I can so see them together (post-war).
I love Remus' thinking and talking to Sirius. Its so sweet.
"Years ago Sirius had scribbled in the bottom-right corner, Don’t limit yourself to maps, Moony. They’re only paper."
Aww. I dont know if I should be sad or happy. Just wonderful.

Thank you so much for this fic!!!
