Oh, this was so sweet! This is the second fic I've read today where Sirius isn't automatically a wonderful shining Gryffindor...I have to say, I'm digging it. Besides Sirius, I loved all the characterizations, particularly Lily. Is there going to be anymore about the ickle Firsties?

Well done!

(Oh, and good luck on your trip! ^_^)

Thank you!!

Well, Sirius is pretty brave... But, yeah, he's definitely a brat and a half at this point. Not that he ever really stops being a brat, although he does grow up a bit, eventually. He makes friends with the right people (and falls in love with the boy he knocked flat!)

I wasn't planning on writing any more. I don't like kids. This just started out as a few drabbles that linked up.

It might be interesting to write about how they found out about Remus, and what they did...

I loved this. I'm not sure what it is about all whole lot meeting for the first time, but it's fascinating to me. I loved Sirius and Severus, and loved the letters at the end. Great job :)

Thank you! :)

I don't like writing about kids, but I love stories about origins, so that's why I tackled this one. This was my first time writing from Severus' POV and...his mind's an interesting place, even at eleven.

Those letters are priceless. I love this story. The way it moves along from PoV to PoV without skipping a beat, the backstory - like the Potters and the Blacks, it's just all so great. I love it.

Thanks so much!

I'm glad the POV shifts worked. When I write, even in long stories, I try to stick to only one voice, so this was kind of an experiment. So glad to hear it worked! :)

Aww. That was extremely sweet and funny. All the kid characters behaved like believable 11-year-olds, and were also clearly recognizable as their future selves. Very nicely done.

Thanks so much!

I'm so glad the kids' voices sounded appropriate for their ages. I don't like writing about kids (er, I don't particularly like kids) but I love stories about origins and first-meetings, so I wanted to tackle this plotbunny. :)

Lovely! The characterization is great - I can really see the young adults we've seen (briefly) in canon in these kids. Very nice.
