Ah, I didn't know these things existed, but that's a great idea! And I hope the recipes prove palatable!

Hope you get your heat back, too. It's very cold and nasty out here, too, and making you (and Ellie :) weather that without a heater is not on!

I'm hoping it will help me to learn to cook. (And try new foods, too! If I went through all the work to cook it, I have to try it!)

What kills me about the heat issue is that one week from now, we're supposed to have weather in the 80s. Until then? High of 60, low of 40. Sigh! Timing...

They have similar food delivery services in Seoul, but all the items are prepped and washed with a ready to use sauce. I am curious to see how much work you have to do with Blue Apron. The recipes sound a bit adventurous, but who knows, you might find some new things you like!

This is a little different. Nothing is prepared, and you have to wash everything. It would be much much easier if it all came pre-chopped and such, but I guess I wouldn't learn as much then!

I was planning on cooking one meal tomorrow, but I might end up not having time. If not, then Thursday for sure! I have three meals to make, then they send me three more next week.

YAY for not dead. I've been embroiled in my own mess and not doing a good job of keeping up/being supportive, but all the hugs for you. Sleep well tonight! :D

They claim 30 minutes, yeah. There's so much to chop and zest and such though! I figure it's going to take me two hours, haha.
