So my soda making machine is gone. Amazon sent three packages to me that day, and only two were on my doorstep. Plus there was the whole "it was delivered 24 hours in the future" delivery notice thing

Are you sure it was stolen? Maybe they delivered it to the wrong house. Sometimes they lie on the delivery notices.

They delivered three boxes at the same time, so it would be odd if they dropped two at my door and one at someone else's. Possible though, I guess.

Yeah, they did (whew!). Makes me wait almost a week more for it, but at least they're good about that sort of thing.

Ugh! But at least Amazon is really good at replacing packages that go missing, in my experience. (We once ended up with five UPS's instead of the one we ordered, and they told us to keep all of them XD)

Yeah! I got the $15 discount and then they ended up having to replace it, too. Hopefully the next one will actually make it to me!

Ugh that sucks! Here that seldom happens since postal workers aren't permitted to leave packages on the doorstep. They either have to be delivered, or left with a neighbor (in which case you get a notification where the package is), or deposited at the PO, where you're notified to pick it up. I hope you get it replaced!

You should be able to get a refund if you contact Amazon. This happens to our customers a fair amount, but Amazon sorts it out for them.

Yeah, Amazon was good about it, but it still annoys me that it happened.
