It wasn't even much of an apology, at that. More of a fauxpology. "Oh, I'm sorry someone felt hurt or offended," not "I'm sorry I hurt them."

Yeah, he's still a bully. He just has to try to cushion it for PR purposes.

Wow. What a shitbag. ._. I had no idea this was happening, and that 'apology' isn't one. Frankly, I doubt he really regrets doing it-- just that people have told the press.

I didn't like him before. In fact, I hated him. This certainly hasn't helped.

...Sigh. I didn't even think about this, but you're right. I really, really don't understand people. How could you approve of hurting people just because you don't agree with an aspect of their personal life? Augh.

Wow, I totally misheard this on the radio...I thought the report said he followed a classmate most thought was gay, held him down, and cut off his air. I was much more appalled when I thought that was the case.

It still isn't good, but before reading your post, I thought it was brutal.
