Something I learnt during my fanatics experience, I'll just twist it into something not so delerious.

There is no excuse for not praising [etc, etc, etc ...] Even if you only have five minutes free a day, make time for yourself, your friends, those around you.

Pick up the bloody phone or go out and speak to someone if you miss them! pfft!
