[Kurt had originally been opposed to returning home. If there was no one there, then why bother? This is obviously some kind of mansion trickery. But then Alice announced there would be a party, and he remembered he had access to his extensive wardrobe at home. How could he resist?

Yes. I am enjoying the decorations! [ There was no point in visiting her home world. It was empty of people other than herself and her dog before she came to Wonderland, and it's empty now. So the mansion was much funner. ]

Oh my gawd, is someone up there?

[ Mirror Alex has been wandering through worlds, hopelessly lost on his way back to Wonderland, and certainly wasn't expecting to see someone moving around through a house's upper window. ]

There is totally someone up there, oh my gawd! Finally!

[ And with that, he's walking... literally straight through the front door, because mirrors apparently don't have to put up with physical solidness out here. ]
