It hadn't been too difficult for her to remember the way to the Solo apartment. A prickling feeling on the back of her neck told her that whatever her father had to discuss, it wouldn't be good. Hesitating for just a moment, she knocked on the door.
He walked slowly toward the door, knowing that Jaina would be able to sense his nervousness in the Force. Han opened the door and came face-to-face with his daughter for the first time in over five months.
Despite his fear, his grin spread across his entire face.

But all of that dissipated the second she saw her father's face. She couldn't help but give him a tight hug.
"Hey, Dad."

He set her back down right before ruffling her hair for good measure.
"You should come inside," he said evenly. "There's a lot I gotta catch you up on."
