While the Doctor felt like death, Sarah couldn't seem to find anything to quell the nerves in her stomach. It wasn't him, she had to remind herself. It wasn't the man, the best friend, that had hurt her.
It was someone else. Someone, potentially, to have a fresh start with.
However, the knock on the door came far too soon. Sarah nearly jumped from the table, and in the process, nearly knocked over the mugs she had set out. She gulped, quickly running her hands through her hair and forcing her feet to move.

Deep breath. She could do this.
