That's an interesting site concept. But I did a quick test with my measurements, and actually yeah, all the things they recommend do see to be the type of things that would work with my shape. Impressive!

maybe I missed the entry: what laptop did you get? I got the 15" MacBook Pro without the anti-glare screen and it seems fine. The guy at the store said it's mainly for people who don't have control over the lighting in their work space, which I do.

I think we probably have the same one, more or less--I got the 15" MacBook Pro 2.2 GHz with 4G RAM and a 750GB 7200 rpm hard drive. So I got a bigger drive that spins faster. The rest is standard.

I was hesitating a bit over upgrading the screen and decided I didn't need to. I basically wanted to replace my broken one, which had the older version of the basic screen and until it developed black splotches, it was fine :-)
