I wish I had intense Photoshop icon instinct like that. Oh well, at least I know how to use Photoshop because I took a class last year :-P.

This is an absolutely amazing tutorial. <3 I just tried this out on a Neopets picture, and with some gaussian blur it looked fantastic. Thanks so much for sharing this! I can't wait to experiment with it some more. :3
