To start off, today...I have one thing to say.
I had this idea, when beginning my sampler, that it would be a piece of cake. God only knows, why I thought this. I just figured it would be a breeze. I HATE black yarn when I'm working with it - and I lLOVE black yarn when I see the wonderful effect it has as a border. Hang in there - it will eventually be worth while struggling with the black yarn.

Thank you for the support. I am sure that, once done, this blanket will look amazing. Right now though, the black yarn is HORRIBLE.

You put too many expectations on yourself!! lol. You know you are seriously yarn obsessed when you start dreaming about your projects!! I have done it. And I have one thing to say: Put the yarn down and back away slowly!! LOL

I don't necessarily enjoy black yarn either, but like Kae, I absolutely love the way it makes the other colors in my afghan just POP out like 3D art. :) Keep on trucking!

I know...I am completely obsessed. But, in my defense...I have a self-set deadline, I am working on. Self-set, yes...but a deadline, nonetheless.
I am sure the black yarn, which I am HATING now, will, in the end, make my afghan look way cool.
