Ohh, this was wonderful! I loved the feeling of intangibility there always seems to be in Pete/Mikey fics, how they're so caught up in each other for this one moment in the summer, but it kind of fades with time.
Beautifully written. I loved this line: everyone looks the same in twilight blue with smears of ink and bruises running together. Gorgeous image.
I liked the characterisations of the boys -- Gerard as the creepy, intense older brother that Pete's maybe a little scared of will never fail to make me *ggg*. I loved the dynamic between Pete & Mikey. It was there but kind of soft & subtle. Really lovely.

this is actually my first time writing any of these boys, so I was a little worried about the characterizations. I think for the most part, especially with Gee and the rest of MCR, I just grabbed a facet and hung on -- like, for example, the creepy intense older brother one. but you know, if I were dating Mikey (especially if I were Pete) I'd be scared of Gerard, too o_o
