Wow! That is awesome news. I'll bet they are having so many foreclosures, which of course costs them a ton in losses, that they are doing what they can to avoid more foreclosures. And you are benefiting! Just in time too huh?

That's exactly what I told them on the phone last month. It costs more to handle all the foreclosures than to modify my loan so I can keep paying.
