There, you can now legally break DRM if you are not violating copyright! So theoretically you could break the encryption on DRM or ebooks for the purpose of backup or using them on other devices. Apparently they also explicitly ban the use of DRM on public domain works ( Read more... )

Such common sense! Would that we had half of that brainpower in our own legislature.
