Interesting. Pretty much everyone who has tried DRM has either abandoned it or failed. Not that this won't prevent others from trying it in the future. There, you can now legally break DRM if you are not violating copyright! So theoretically you could break the encryption on DRM or ebooks for the purpose of backup or using them on other devices. Apparently they also explicitly ban the use of DRM on public domain works ( Read more... )
