Maybe I'm crazy but atleast once a year I get to this point where i'm tired of everything and want to pack up and move.

I don't like "team work". Mainly because I don't like depending on someone to split the weight evenly...and I don't like being expected to pull someone elses load. Don't take this as i'm selfish, I really am not. I like helping people, just not doing things for people who don't appericiate anything.
