I actually thought Minelli was pretty good(though I too could've lived without the "big bad wolf" scene) and this was better then Buirt's next serial killer film "Physical Evidence"

Because of the 5 moments listed above, you should definitely see it. I only gave it Two Stars because it had so many ups and downs. But when it's up, it's way up.
