One 'dreary' afternoon we decided to fill some of our new planters with new species and take a nice stroll around Bennett Nurseries. It's such a peaceful place and one of my favorites in Huntsville.

Our Clematis is in full bloom and it's wonderful! And with this cooler weather, windows open, the breeze carries their scent to fill our bedroom...it's so refreshing! We have it growing in five different places this year. Last year it was only in three, so it jumped to two new places.

Thursday night I hosted my dear friend Stephanie's bachelorette party. It was nice to have a room full of girls dishing out tips and stories and good times! I hope Stephanie and Daniel had a wonderful time at their wedding yesterday and I wish them a happy honeymoon ( Read more... )

The other day Andy and I went to our favorite Plant Zoo, Bennett Nurseries. I was on the hunt for a cute fern to put on our porch table. Of course we found some other treasures along the way (large veggie plants for $3!!)
