You may have noticed I've been quite enthusiastic about certain Community lately. Okay, it's the only new show I've seen so far. But there's a reason why I kept watching.
Um, I'll just repeat what I wrote somewhere else.
It's like the crew of Community took wackiness of 30 Rock, geekery of the Big Bang Theory, amusingly exaggerated situations of How I Met Your Mother and kindness of Friends and still managed to create a well-done original you won't be able to watch with a straight face. ("Of course I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm Abed. I neeever watch TV.") During few episodes I got over my first impression when I found half of the characters unlikable to the point when I can't imagine this diverse study group without any one of them. Community also has pop culture references even I get every now and then and excellent inside jokes. And Abed is the shit. Seriously. (And this, children, is what we call a brand new TV addiction.)
