I'm well aware probably no one even reads my journal, and that's all fine and dandy, but I need to rant somewhere where my roommate won't see it.

yeah, I caved. I'd been lurking over to SiB, because of my geeky Dragon Age fandom (okay, let's face it: Alistair fandom) and why? because of wordinista, and pagerunner_j, and their infuriatingly addicting story, A Midwinter's Thaw.
