Aww, that's a cute little snake! I wouldn't worry too much--usually snakes that small would have a pretty tough time getting through human skin, so even if it *tried* to bite you it wouldn't have much luck. Heck, here in Florida we have coral snakes, which pack some of the most potent venom in the world--but human deaths from coral bites are very rare because coral snakes are pretty reclusive, and small enough that they rarely manage to get a good enough bite to inject much venom. I still wouldn't go grabbing one, though. :)
