I love reading sports stuff! This entry is a great idea! I see a lot of Mariners on your list. I am excited for the MN Twins home opener since the Mariners are in town for it. I wonder if we’ll see former Twins pitcher Carlos Silva pitching at the Metrodome again. (I had to create a sports blog because I was pissing off everyone in the LJ world by talking baseball for 9 months.)

I would not have been pissed off if you had talked about baseball for 9 months. I live and breathe baseball, I would have been more than happy.

I'm sad that since I'm away at college I've missed every Mariners opening day for the last 2 (soon to be 3) years. :( I doubt Silva will be pitching the opener (probably Felix Hernandez) but he might pitch the last game of the series. Idk how the rotation is shaping up right now but I could definitely see him being the number 3 starter.

DITTO! There is nothing better than either sitting at a game watching baseball, sitting at a bar watching baseball or napping on the sofa watching baseball!

I haven't missed a Twins opening day in 10 years. Next year we have a new stadium so I probably won't score seats to that but I'll tailgate outside the stadium and listen to it on the radio. Hernandez would be awesome to see start!

Oh, my baseball blog is tres trashy. I talk baseball and gossip (mostly music gossip.) I find that I get more readers that way!

I used to watch every single Mariners game of the season back in middle school/high school either in person or on TV. I would stay up extra late to watch extra inning games even. When they traded away Bret Boone I backed off a little but I'm still obsessed.

Felix is an amazing pitcher. I remember one year where he pretty much pitched every game I went to. He can throw almost 100mph so I love to watch him pitch.

This blog actually sounds amazing. Link?
