The recipe is from the Veganomicon. Though, honestly, I found that they looked better than they tasted. They were good, but the texture was more caky and less fudgy (they way that I expecte the PB filling to be), to my disappointment.

Doh, wrong book!

I was in the kitchen this morning and it dawned on me that the recipe is actually from My Sweet Vegan by Hannah Kaminsky.

A good book. Hannah is a genious.

You know what, I thought the same thing. I still really love them though.
