Characters: Merrill; OPEN Location: Some street of Coruscant When: Event time! What: Staring at her Kashyyyk greens. She's put them in a pot. Rating: THERE WILL BE GIRL KISSING (and boy kissing?)
[Luke walks backwards, somehow managing to never run into anyone despite keeping his gaze fixed intently on the spherical remote that he'd tasked with following him.]
[It's battered, with shiny weld scars and a missing sensor or two, and lists slightly, but it follows, hovering on its repulsors, sometimes hesitating when Luke makes a turn or sidesteps behind someone. Luke says something, more to himself than it.]
[Merrill is still deep in thought about where she could put the plant-- near her bed where she can see it in the morning, but by the window would probably be best, otherwise it would wither. Oh, and she needed a watering can, or at least a cup, making one of those bins that gave her clothes could spit one out too.
She looks up for a second and spots a familiar mop of blonde hair, walking backwards for some reason, it must be a good reason.]
Luke! Hello! [She shouts and gives him a wave, starting to walk towards him... feeling the inexplicable urge to give the boy a kiss. How strange! But he did seem so sad the other day...]
[The remote bumps into his back - the right word is probably closer to 'ram', which startles him considerably; he's much better at sensing living things and threats than hovering metal spheres. He looks over his shoulder and scolds it while taking a couple hurried steps forwards against its nudges.]
[The end result is that he basically walks into her.] Whoah! Sorry! Sorry!
[Merrill holds her potted plant high above her head as he bumps into her, inadvertently getting another whiff of the greens as it passes by her face. She gives a small 'oof!' as he bumps into her, but smiles down at him.]
Oh, no! Nothing broken. It's alright! [It's so all right, that she gives him a kiss on the top of his head.]
No, it's uh, it's made for target practice so its brain is pretty limited. I think it's just the ones around the apartments that um, hand out clothing.

[what doooo oh the remote.] This is PX-12. It's a droid... not a very high functioning one, though.

Why is it following you?

I told it to. Like - just to test if it could, in a crowd. [He makes a face.] It didn't get lost, at least.
