Serenity and Amestris plot updates; further disasters ahoy!

All right ladies and gents, it's the end of the world as we know it and far too many people have been left out of the impending apocalypse. Here's what's going on, and what the characters who haven't hitched a ride on a giant dragon can do about it.

Dimo will be out fighting monsters with anyone who'll come with, and Pfirsich will be running support and rescue missions, and helping to save as many people as he can. Ari, in the meantime, will be happy to let Grumman assume whatever title he likes, so long as she and Dea (and other folks around the Amestris whom she can recruit to her side, of course) can Get Shit Done and run things.

How would Acting-Captain Ari feel if Huang Rong wanted to have some members of the Sect come on board? Because they just had a meeting in the area, and she'd probably like to take some of them along to help while sending out a bunch of them off to other places. They're all capable of fighting, though prone to the occasional stupidly noble stunt (and a general lack of cleanliness).

Milk and Sara are already on the snake battle.

BU-LING'S GONNA BEAT UP ALL THE MONSTERS NANO DA. ALL OF THEM. That being said, she is just a kid, and not a superpowered one, either (mysterious boulders aside). She needs people to make sure she doesn't get killed.

Kaoru will be injured but able to fight, and she'll be able to provide information on at least the other kids in the DF project. They all have the same ridiculous strength and dark energy powers that she does, but different magical aptitudes and codenames to reflect those, like hers (Windy). She'll ask that you leave Bright, her old partner, to her.

Are Serenity and Amestris going to be moving to Badlands base locations for this plot?

They are, but specific locations have yet to be decided. More information can be found here.

As mentioned above, Deanna will be helping Ari take over the Amestris and hopefully get to interrogate Envy. She's looking forward to that.

Off-screen, members of Tootwl will be taking advantage of the chaos in Denouement and going after the various NPC members and getting rid of them.

Iroh will continue helping to kill the big giant snake, which seems to be working well as it appears to be weak against lightning. After that's done, he'll probably join in finishing off Denouement and then have some tea.

Othar will run off to fight monsters and continue getting thrown out of things, as is his wont.

Bang will be in the middle of the biggest, baddest fight she can find, probably alongside Dimo.

Hex is in Sprite Mode right now, and is rather useless in a fight, so she'll be taking advantage of the confusion and losing herself in research over the Network. She can't infect it again, but she can still be extremely helpful. She works rather fast.

Hey. Hey Deanna. So Phoenix Wright is a reporter on the Amestris and is very interested in what interrogators will get out of Envy. He's going to ask Ari about interrogations, but if he finds out Deanna's in charge of them, he'll come to her to ask about it.

Provided she gets to play with Envy, Deanna will be happy to talk to him, though be evasive and smirkingly quiet about exactly how she interrogates anyone.

Arrgh, I don't know what to do with my characters. And I've failed at being active for WEEKS so ... I WANNA DO THINGS NOW.

None of them are in on the fighting as yet, but that will be rectified.

I'd like for Ulquiorra and Luppi to get to release at some point during this endgame plot because... why not take last-minute advantage of two characters capable of unaided flight by bat wings and tentacle-copters? Both are more than combat capable, though given their sword-abilities and single-target Cero/Bala shots, they're less likely to be useful against a giant snake given their lack of large-scale attacks and probably better against the fal'Cie or miscellaneous monsters
