I knew it! I had been trying to think of what may have been Uepi's idea. I remembered what happened in the previous parts and thought 'maybe they'd ask her. But I get the feeling since you mentioned it's going to be basically angst for the rest of the story, she's going to say 'no'. And I'm predicting a non-happy ending too.

I thought it would be quite obvious where I would go with it (though when I first wrote Mayuko into the story I had no intention of her being such a big/recurring role) interestingly without your question a few chapters ago, it would have been even more obvious. Initially they were supposed to bump into Mayuko with her child and that was what was triggered the wanting a baby thing, but thanks to your question of Akanishi I decided to change it to him instead and I like it much better this way :D so thank you for helping me with the story!

As for what will happen...ah I do love writing angst >_<
