What's in the Backpack?
Check your inventory. What do you get to start with?
This all comes in a backpack. (Like trainer clothing, we won't specify which style you get, so long as it is one from or similar to a bag in the pokémon universe. Each pack has a specific pocket for Key Items (card key, basement key, coin cases, etc.), Poké Balls, TMs/HMs, and Items (or miscellaneous belongings). You are not required to use these pockets for their designated purpose, but they are there.
TRAINERS & BREEDERS:
-- 1 change of clothes. (Anything from the trainer classes, from any Gen seeing as they are just clothes. They do not have to be of your character's choice or gender. If your character was turned human, they will be wearing an additional outfit as well as receiving one.)
-- 3 changes of undergarments
-- 1 12oz bottle of liquid soap (this can double as laundry detergent)
-- 1 8oz bottle of shampoo; 1 8oz bottle of conditioner
-- 1 washcloth, 2 towels (one small, one larger), 1 toothbrush, 1 travel-sized pack of toothpaste
-- clothes line, 6 clothes pins, and rubber gloves
-- bento lunch from mom + trail mix
-- Trainer Handbook (Includes the Rules, Trainer Tips, a paper copy of the map, as well as a list of "good" berries and food tips for your pokemon)
-- 1 sleeping bag
BREEDERS ALSO RECEIVE:
-- a Guide to Pokemon Breeding
-- Breeder's Notepad and a pen (To keep paper notes if you choose not to use your pokégear)
-- 1 red or green apron with a matching headband
ROCKETEERS:
-- 1 Team Rocket Official Uniform (The choice between a skirt or pants does not have to be of your character's choice or gender, but there are opportunities to complain around headquarters and get a new pair. If your character was turned human, they will be wearing an additional outfit as well as receiving one.)
