These are the songs that are always playing in the Johto Journey. You know, the bizarre 16bit tunes that brought the feel of the game? They're here too! And they're never ending. Typically, it's only at a soft volume, like the volume you'd hear at a department store. But it's noticeable. It's always there.

RADIO STATIONS
4.5J - Pokémon Talk Radio
From midnight to 10am, this station calmly reads out the pokédex entries on the character's pokégear. From 10am to midnight, it turns into Professor Oak's Pokémon Talk. This station features recent or recorded broadcasts of Professor Oak's discussions and lectures about Pokémon and the regional changes.
7.5J - Pokémon Music
Playing music native to Johto, the Pokémusic channel broadcasts all sorts of interesting songs, from marches to uplifting tunes to lullabies in the evening. They even have weekly Kimono Girls live broadcasts!
8.5J - Lucky Channel
The techno and retro station! Because this station is broadcast from Golderod's Game Corner, it just plays the Game Corner music on this network for everyone who feels like listening. It's pretty upbeat and peppy.
10.5J - Buena's Password
This station plays pop, hip-hop, industrial rock, and other music of popular culture, but with a twist! At the following times, a password is broadcast: 2AM, 8AM, 11AM, 5PM, and 11PM. Players who visit the Goldenrod Radio Tower and tell Buena the password get a prize!

12.0J - Graveler's Rock
This is Johto's rock music station, from bands you've never heard of but possibly familiar to common rock socks you may have heard sometime in the past, present, or near future.
13.5J - ???
This station is mostly static. However, if you change to this station while in the Ruins of Alph, you'll hear strange noises.
15.0J - ???
Also known as the Team Rocket mysterious evolutionary signal. This station is also mostly static. You'll hear an odd tune over and over if you're in the following locations: Lake of Rage, Mahogany Town, Route 43. Sometimes it's known to cause transmission from tuning into other stations.
16.0J - The Town Channel
The programs on this channel discuss different regions of Johto and the locals. Feel free to learn about some of the NPCs (like the kimono girls) through this network.
From 4pm to 6pm each day, there's a program called This Town, These People which selects the top three landmarks or people in any given city or town. From 6pm to 8pm, it switches to the Street Corner Channel which is a program where DJ Lily interviews random trainers and citizens on street corners and gets their opinions on mediocre and local events.
18.5J - Let's All Sing
For variety, the Let's All Sing channel plays different types of music every few hours, depending on what DJ Fern feels like. Different songs sometimes have different effects on pokémon, so if you're bored and want to test it out, this is your station!
20.0J - Poké Flute
This station plays songs from the Poké Flute 24/7. It can be used to awaken a Snorlax.
