It may seem rather flippant to buy British stamps when you live in Sweden, but these stamps are obviously not for using. They are for salivating and gloating over.
I'm back from England, and I had a wonderful time, and you'll get some kind of update on that as soon as I've caught up with my friends page, my email and sundry intarweb forums and started school again (tomorrow) and such. Hamlet was good, the weather was decent, and I found lots of good stuff to throw my money on.
I've been trying to book the train tickets for acropetal's and my trip to England in August. We fly to Birmingham, and getting from there to Stratford-upon-Avon will probably not be a big deal, but then the next day we are going to Cambridge to visit quantumliquid and thedimholt, who have just moved there

It seems like a continuing trend that I try to balance my sorry lack of theatre-going with some extreme counteraction, like going to England to see famous people star in (famous) plays.
The next project is to go to Stratford-upon-Avon next summer to see David Tennant and Patrick Stewart in HamletI've just booked two tickets for Tuesday August 19

I'm back from a warm and summery England to a cold and rainy Sweden. I had a lovely time and very few disappointments. And now I'm going to bed to try and cure the cold I started coming down with as soon as I left home. More later.
