I just noticed that the latest Big Finish Audio adventure with Eight (which I will buy when I am rich) has a picture of Paul McGann on the front WHICH IS NOT FROM THE TVM. It's Paul the way he looked in the minisode. *flail*

I was convinced that no cinemas in Who-deprived Sweden would ever stoop to showing The Day of the Doctor on that worldwide simultaneous cinema event. Plum Marmalade
When I visited a couple of friends with a garden on Saturday, they chased all of us up their plum tree and then foisted all the plums on us when we went home. The plums were yellow Reine Claude, sweet and delicious. Two kilos of plums was a bit more than I could safely eat, though, so I decided to make marmalade. Mistborn
I really think Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn trilogy would make an excellent TV series. Allomancy-fuelled fight scenes would translate really well to the medium, I think. Steel Inquisitors would look suitably creepy. Mist, Mistwraiths, Koloss and Khandra would pose no problem with a sufficient CGI budget, nor red sunlight, ash and brown plant life. ( Read more... ) -
