Um, been a bit absent lately... Yesterday I didn't turn the computer on at all, despite being home all day. Good for the computer/internets addiction, I guess, but hard when I have three pages of flist to catch up on, and a forum that I moderate ( Read more... )

I can eat so many goro and krumkaker at Christmas. Don't really bother with the other 5 sorts, as long as I can eat lots and lots of krumkaker and goro I'm happy. Yes, I am a krumkake-addict. Now I will think of krumkaker for the rest of the day.

What are "krumkaker"? Are they like these?

Almost the same as goro, but round and rolled around a wooden cone before they harden. You can eat them as they are, or fill them with (ice)cream. Sometimes they are shaped into a cup shape and filled.
