I said that November 4 would be the last time I would vote in Georgia, but we had to go back in for a run-off election. Ironic that the need for this was precipitated by a "Libertarian" candidate, costing the taxpayers however many $-million to carry out another round of voting (yes, instant run-off voting could be a better solution,

i agree with your assessment of georgia overall, but please don't lump us all in with macon. there are plenty of progressive, intellectually-curious, complex people in the atlanta area.
