E's Nine Monther -

We spent last Saturday morning with little E, who was bright and shiny, as most babies are first thing in the morning (good thing we have one of our own so that we could accomodate that hour!) We shot in her adorable pink and blue bedroom and then in their back yard, where she has her own special garden. And then we lured her dad for a few pictures

I love how you're able to get the skin tones so light and bright without getting all the color washed out altogether in the face. Something I haven't yet mastered. :/

Most of that is lighting. I see a lot of photographers that don't really light their subject properly.

I'm still working on adjusting my camera for the best light, but I think my biggest issue is not having any reflectors or an exterior flash.

i want this baby. the expressions are so joyful in these pictures, so candid and real. these are such amazing pictures. i want you to take my kid's pictures (when i get there). ;] i just love the way you capture emotion. its fantastic.

i'm in gainesville, fl. however.. i am moving.. and then having kids.. at some point in my life. im still young (20)! buuuut if you have a website or something, at least i can keep track of you. i love having my memories preserved in such a wonderful way. so evocative. i cannot say enough good things about what you do.

Our website is on our info page, and we'll be around for a long, long time. We also travel now and then, so that's always an option.

I thoroughly enjoy seeing your work. Sometimes, I wish we lived closer to each other so that I could have you photograph my family. (I'm on the other side of the country)

You never know when we'll make it to your neck of the woods :) I'd love to go back east. There's always the option of bringing us to you-- if you get some friends together, we could come and take photos of all of you.

Love them all, but the last one is definitely my favorite. Man, I miss my kids at this age. :)

Sometimes I forget how fast my baby is growing. But looking at these, I get an inkling. The fact that she's sitting next to me saying, "Oh! Look at the baby!" gives me some indication :)
