I want to talk about how this Green Room has no comments. Is everyone busy or something? Oh wait, I guess I've been busy and not commenting, too. Sorry everyone! Forget I said anything!
Oh man I have been having just the craziest few weeks! Our water heater started leaking the Saturday before last and we finally got it replaced yesterday, only to find out that the contractor messed up some other line back there and now that's leaking! So we have to keep turning the main water off and only turn it in for a few quick minutes to shower every day. And the contractor is like dodging my calls now, natch.
Tomorrow I've got to go to the dentist but at least I have the day off of work (except for I also have to keep checking my email all day so I basically have my dentist appointment time off of work). I hate the dentist but I'm happy I'm getting my permanent crown on and not getting another root canal!
And then I've got this crazy deadline in this writing contest I signed up for for whatever reason!

We have been working on getting our deck refinished; the guy working on it did the power washing and replaced several boards, late in June - he has three more boards to do and then the staining, but the staining requires it not rain for at least the day before and two days after, and we’ve had enough scattered showers lately that finding 2-3 sunny days in a row has been a chore. We haven’t had that in at least 6 weeks. But he’s done a good job so far, and he’s my co-workers hubby, so there’s that.
I’ve had several crowns myself so I know what you’re going through with that! Best of luck with your entry, too!
