Finally got my car back after a month of various problems.

I just voted and I'm just jubilant. For the first time in my life, I voted for a presidential candidate that I wholeheartedly supported, this is my fourth presidential election.

The levee along the highway I use to get to work failed tonight and the highway is closed. Luckily, the mobile home park on the opposite side of the highway from the levee doesn't have to be evacuated yet like it did back in '93.

Slept through the 5.2 early this morning. Did feel the 4.5 aftershock though. I'm just glad they weren't on the New Madrid fault though.
