So the situation on the apartment is that I applied and put in a deposit. The rental manager is out of town right now so it might be a couple of days before its approved. My lease will start July 1st which is not exactly what I wanted but on the other hand that means I'll have less left at the end of it and I'm sure that if I'd waited someone would

Balcony: Pintle mount for sniper rifle/potato gun.

Balcony: I thought the pintle mount went without saying; I of course meant other than that.

Its on West Morland. Its more downtown than your current place but not unwalkable.

It's a little closer to downtown than Rodney/Natalie's house but otherwise on the same street (runs parallel between Smythe and York).
