So the situation on the apartment is that I applied and put in a deposit. The rental manager is out of town right now so it might be a couple of days before its approved. My lease will start July 1st which is not exactly what I wanted but on the other hand that means I'll have less left at the end of it and I'm sure that if I'd waited someone would have scooped it up. I'm not sure when exactly I'll move my stuff up, cause its still cheaper to live at home for a while, I do want to go up with plenty of time before school starts.

The size of the apartment means I'll be able to bring my couch, computer desk and queen sized bed. I have provided pictures below of the apartment for your viewing, its a little hard to get a perspective on the size but that just means people will have to visit me once I'im up and running. ; )
