Hi! I was caught up in a bandom friending meme and the repercussions thereof all day. Fun times!

I am halfway out the door on SN fandom - it took four years, but the Mene Girls have finally worn me down - but I would stick around for a fic from you. Er, I don't know if that's an incentive or a, whatever-the-opposite-of-incentive-is.

oh man I just had the "what if they booked the concert so [insert band member here] could go to the conference" thought.

I don't think I could handle that. In a 'God, what would I say???' kinda way. I wouldn't know what to say to them even in a normal situation. Even if I wasn't writing zoophilia porn about them.

I did briefly contemplate the idea of FTM!Ryan fic when I first got into bandom, but decided it would be way too self-insertion-y. (Not just because it was trans fic. I could write FTM fic in a different fandom. But because deep down I still harbour that dream of being a boy in a band and writing music for a living.)

This is why I didn't just write the ftm!Patrick fic myself in the first place, and the other reason why I'm feeling weird about doing it now.
