batsz mentioned you have Lupus(my mom does too), and I don't know if he'll remember to tell you any of this. The hazards of getting old. ;)

I've been studying Reiki, and read that it can help people with Lupus. Either dramaticly or simply an hour-ish to relax and release stress. You might look into it, if you want. I'm not sure if you're into holistic healing.
