Living is about biting the bullet. That's how I got through that phone call tonite. I know if I didn't try, I'd feel a lot worse about it all now. I'm doing better than I was in the car, and I think I'm going to be okay. But the only way to progress is to jump.

I know you aren't going to read this before I see you, but I'm gonna say it anyway. You're right. Sometimes you have to feel bad in order to feel good. That's why you were waiting for the call - so you could get through it.

We're all here for you if you need it. But I think you'll be okay too.
