Vaginatown

As mentioned in a filtered post earlier, since I first began to boost my workout routine a couple months ago, I've had a couple little menstrual oddities, mostly in the form of unexpected midcycle bleeding/spotting. I am probably going to regret clicking your most NSFW link ever, but I shall do so anyway, to show that link who's boss.

Ahem, anyway, it's god that you're so intuitive about your body, I wish that I were more like that. I'm more of the FREAK THE FUCK OUT, and then, if or when it stops, try to pretend it didn't happen, and if it keeps going eventually normalize it into a part of my life (because that's seriously how much I hate going to see the doctor).

I've been tracking my period via a period tracking website since 2005, and it's seriously been one of the most useful health tools ever! Now I know exactly how long my cycle is, and I even get helpful email reminders that my period is coming 2 days before it's due.

Sometimes I feel really out of touch with my body, but my ladycycle is definitely one area where I know exactly how my body works.

Also, thanks for sharing the cervix project link. Those photos are awesome!

mymonthlycycles.com

The website is not as navigable as it could be, and they have ridiculous daily polls, but I just ignore all that and use the period calculator. There are a bunch of period tracking websites, though, so I'd also do a quick search to see which one you like best. :)

That Beautiful Cervix link is awesome.

I'm also inspired to track my periods better because as strange as they have been, they are getting stranger.

why is there an increased risk for fats?

Probably because there's an increased risk from PCOS.

Oh, common cause, I love you. You are responsible for so many fucked-up assumptions.
