I think he's got it a bit backwards.

The set of women who are fat includes a large set of women who are at risk for endometriosis, because the set of women who are fat includes a large set of women who have PCOS and Estrogen Dominance Syndrome, both of which are risk factors in endometriosis.

Although there are some women with PCOS and EDS who are not fat, it seems like the majority of women experiencing those syndromes are fat.

I am not perfectly sure I am ready for all the cervixes (cervices?), but I just wanted to say that I only just learned how a cervix really works, like, last month, from my pregnant friend's natural childbirth book.

I was, like, 'No way! The baby looks like what? The cervix goes where? Cool!' The whole dilating thing makes so much more sense now. I'm such a babe in the woods sometimes.
